We are offering you the opportunity to join the Financial Accounting & Tax team. Your main mission will be to ensure the reporting of ING France’s financial statements to our colleagues based in Amsterdam. This includes producing figures under IFRS, as well as preparing various regulatory reports such as Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR), FINREP, DGS reporting and AnaCredit. As an active member of a dynamic Finance/Tax department, you will also be the main point of contact for Head Office for all financial communications and requests, working with teams in France and in the Netherlands.

DoING
Within the Financial Accounting & Tax department, your main tasks are:
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the production and submission of ING France’s financial statements to our Head Office in Amsterdam, under IFRS.
- Prepare regulatory reports: LCR, NSFR, FINREP, DGS, AnaCredit, etc.
- Be the main point of contact for Head Office for all financial requests, working with teams in France and in the Netherlands.
- Take part in the monthly closing process and ensure the quality of financial data.
- Contribute to the implementation of new accounting and regulatory standards. • Represent the Finance department in cross-functional company projects.
- Suggest continuous improvements to reporting and decision-support tools.
Additional responsibilities
- Implement and monitor internal controls related to financial and regulatory reporting processes, to ensure data reliability and compliance with Group and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with IT, Risk, Treasury and Controlling teams to ensure the consistency of financial data.
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing the required supporting documentation.
- Monitor regulatory developments and anticipate their impact on reporting.
- Document processes and contribute to their standardization and automation.
- Proactively propose developments or optimizations of reporting and decision-support tools, with a view to continuously improving performance and the quality of financial deliverables.
- Act as the Finance representative in cross-functional company projects, bringing your expertise to ensure consistent financial impacts and proper consideration of accounting and regulatory matters.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and banking regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with office tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally reporting tools (PeopleSoft, SAB).
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to summarize, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Team spirit, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-changing international environment.
- Previous experience in financial reporting, audit, or financial control in the banking or financial sector.
BeING
Education level: Master’s degree (4/5 years) specialized in finance, or equivalent experience.
Experience level: Significant experience (minimum 4 years) in a Finance department, or within an audit/consulting firm.
You have:
- Knowledge of the Wholesale Banking environment.
- Understanding of the banking model and its accounting (IFRS and French GAAP).
- Knowledge of banking reports (LCR, NSFR, FINREP, DGS, AnaCredit).
- Interest in data models.
- Fluent English.
