In this role, you'll:
Join the Tech-OT Operations & Platform Management team and play a key role in transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that drive business performance, operational excellence and customer outcomes. Work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for analysing and integrating static and real-time data from a range of sources to deliver trusted insights that support strategic planning, operational reporting and informed decision-making.
Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and data providers to ensure data is accessible, accurate and used effectively to create value across the organisation. Analyse and interpret large and complex operational datasets to uncover trends, risks, opportunities and business insights.
Develop reports, dashboards and analytical products that support operational and strategic decision-making. Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
This permanent full-time role is based at our Eveleigh office. The team regularly collaborates in person and comes together for branch all-in days, training, planning workshops and other collaborative activities to support collaborative outcomes across the branch.

About you
•Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated professional experience •You are an experienced data professional who enjoys solving complex problems and using data to influence decision-making. •You have strong analytical and communication skills and can confidently work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about turning data into meaningful business outcomes. •Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data integration and reporting within a complex environment. •Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality frameworks and analytics tools. •Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights and business value. •Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. •Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information in a clear and practical way for business audiences.
