What you'll do...

Role summary:

Walmart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help transform how new stores are planned and delivered across Walmart U.S., Sam's Club, and International markets. As part of the Global New Store Growth team, you will build and enhance the collaboration platform that connects Real Estate, Construction, Design, Facilities, Operations, and cross-functional partners throughout the store development lifecycle. Working closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders, you'll deliver intuitive, data-driven capabilities that improve visibility, streamline decision-making, reduce project delays, and accelerate new store delivery. About the team:

The team leads product initiatives for Walmart’s global Real Estate business, focusing on AI-enabled solutions that enhance physical growth, fleet remodels, facilities maintenance, and digital twin technologies. They drive strategy and execution by leveraging data-driven insights and market research to develop innovative product roadmaps. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team prioritizes customer needs and business objectives to deliver impactful solutions. Their work supports continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring measurable outcomes through effective stakeholder management and advanced product management practices.

What you'll do:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key new store growth capabilities across the enterprise.
  • Deliver solutions that improve asset visibility, lifecycle management, maintenance planning, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Translate customer needs into prioritized product initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities across the new store process
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Data Science to build scalable, reliable, and intuitive products.
  • Leverage analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve project visibility, identify risks, and support faster decision-making.
  • Lead product delivery from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
  • Communicate product priorities, progress, and release plans with stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience supporting the development of digital products using Agile product management practices.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with enterprise workflow, project management, collaboration, or SaaS products is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, analytics, or automation is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
