As an E&P Financial Valuation Analyst, you will support key business, investment and portfolio management decisions by developing financial models, evaluating upstream assets and providing economic analyses to stakeholders across the organization.
Your tasks will be:
- Develop, maintain and deploy sophisticated DCF models to assess project economics as part of the internal decision-making process regarding the E&P division’s international assets and low carbon businesses,
- Contribute to the annual business planning cycle with asset-, country- and portfolio-level financial modelling,
- Perform year-end reserves evaluation and financial impairment testing of international E&P assets by preparing financial models,
- Develop, maintain and operate tools necessary for Group portfolio evaluation,
- Monitor, standardize and enhance the economic evaluation process, including the related tools and methodologies,
- Support commercial negotiations and business development activities.
What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence and innovation.
- Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in Economics (preferably in Finance).
- Professional Experience: Knowledge of builiding complex DCF (discounted cash flow) models.
- Must-have hard- skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Confident MS Excel skills,
- DCF modelling skills.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Outstanding numerical abilities,
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy,
- Proactivity, ability to work independently.
- Advantages:
