Benefits
Full description
Financial crimes data strategy is not discretionary work — it sits at the intersection of regulatory obligation and enterprise risk. The volume and criticality of data workstreams across CRR and GCIP demand dedicated ownership that the current model cannot sustain. Data discoveries, data standardization, categorization, and derivation are active, high-stakes deliverables with direct implications for regulatory commitments and risk rating accuracy. These efforts are currently absorbed by team members with competing program responsibilities — creating execution risk precisely where the organization can least afford it. The gap is clear: GIP has no single owner driving data strategy end-to-end. Without one, regulatory milestones are at risk, data quality gaps go unmanaged, and the pace of delivery falls short of what financial crimes leadership and our regulatory obligations require. What this role delivers: A dedicated, data-fluent Product Manager who consolidates all CRR and GCIP data work into one accountable layer — accelerating delivery, ensuring regulatory alignment, and building the foundation for a mature, enterprise-grade financial crimes data capability.
