SAIC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with strong Agile Product Management capabilities and hands‑on experience supporting ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with IFS ERP strongly preferred. This hybrid role requires a technical leader who can drive product vision, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications using Spring and Hibernate
  • Serve as Agile Product Manager, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities
  • Translate stakeholders' needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
  • Integrate, extend, and support IFS ERP and COTS Warehouse Management Systems
  • Use Git for version control and Jira/Confluence for Agile planning and documentation
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship
