Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product development from the MVP phase through its evolution. You will be responsible for guiding the internal team (Squad), identifying opportunities, prioritizing solutions, and ensuring that products meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap
- Manage customer expectations and ensure deliverables align with business goals
- Lead Product Discovery using interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, development, marketing, sales)
- Analyze key metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvements
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Advanced English
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
