Full description
Product Manager services for the Client. Specifically:
1. Service Roadmap ● A living roadmap showing quarterly and long-term plans for feature development, integrations and enhancements. ● Aligned to strategic needs. ● Prioritised based on feedback, maturity assessment and operational needs.
2. Feature Demand & Prioritisation Framework ● A transparent mechanism for managing requests. ● Regularly reviewed, with stakeholder engagement. ● Roadmap linked to value and service maturity categories.
3. Risk & Compliance Tracking as required: ● Live view of risks (security, delivery, adoption), mitigations and assurance activities. ● Connection to the Governance and Assurance pillars.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication as required: ● Regular updates to governance bodies. ● Comms for app teams and service users: onboarding guides, policy changes, etc. ● Community engagement: show-and-tells, changelogs, Q&A sessions.

2. Demand Management & Backlog Control ● A structured, transparent approach to handling requests: ○ Managing and prioritising the backlog ○ Applying a consistent framework for decision- making ○ Engaging stakeholders in regular review cycles
3. Autonomous Product Leadership ● Capability to operate independently without direct supervision: ○ Defining how work is delivered ○ Making decisions and setting direction ○ Translating client priorities into execution
