Job Description

Mission:

To ensure that the quality of IntegriChain’s master data elements (including, but not limited to, healthcare providers and facilities master data) are maintained to the highest standard for our customers, and in instances where these quality standards cannot be met, both internal and external stakeholders should be engaged to seek resolution.

Duties:

As a Master Data Steward:

  • Follow the standard operating procedure surrounding IntegriChain’s master data operations to review and update master data elements related to:• Healthcare Providers and Facilities Master data
  • Parenting hierarchy
  • Data Enrichment
  • Other ad hoc MDM activities as needed
  • Monitor/support/resolve open issues to ensure that they are addressed within a defined time frame.
  • Resolution of Master data exceptions queue
  • Effective and crisp communication to team leaders and internal stakeholders around data anomalies or status of master data assignments.
  • Assist Data Management Office in tracking day-to-day activities

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Adept at internet research utilizing websites and web portals / databases
  • Eagerness to identify issues and accurately resolve data quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with data stewardship is a plus
  • Experience working on MDM tools such as Reltio and Informatica is a plus
  • Organized with an ability to prioritize and consistently follow-through
  • Flexible and Adaptable to feedback
  • Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
