Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in senior or staff product design roles with a strong portfolio in B2B SaaS or complex workflows. Proficiency in visual and interaction design, prototyping beyond Figma, and hands-on experience with AI tools is required.
Full description
About the Role
You'll join a small design team at a Series A B2B SaaS company building AI-powered procurement software for industrial companies, shaping how agentic AI capabilities surface for non-technical procurement professionals. Your work sits at the intersection of complex domain workflows and emerging AI interaction patterns, and it directly determines whether powerful features get adopted and deliver real value to customers.
What You'll Do
- Define how agentic AI capabilities present in the product, from signalling that an agent is working to surfacing what it found.
- Design interaction patterns where AI and human judgment collaborate, not compete.
- Produce short-horizon vision work (3 to 6 months) as prototypes and tangible artifacts to guide the team.
- Raise product craft and coherence as engineering velocity and feature output increase.
- Work directly in code for last-mile polish by reviewing pull requests and tweaking interactions before shipping.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and procurement domain experts to translate complexity into usable experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a senior or staff product designer with a shipped portfolio in B2B SaaS, complex workflows, or data-heavy products.
- Strong capabilities across visual design, interaction design, product thinking, and systems design rather than a single-specialty profile.
- Ability to prototype runnable product experiences beyond Figma and make last-mile interaction improvements in code.
- A clear point of view on trustworthy AI product experiences, including transparency, appropriate automation, and building user trust.
- Comfort inventing new interaction patterns under ambiguity and shipping tangible product vision work on short timelines.
- Regular hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor as part of design, research, and prototyping workflows.
- Startup or high-growth experience, or equivalent project complexity.
- Bonus: experience designing agentic or autonomous AI features, or background in procurement, manufacturing, or similarly complex B2B domains.
