Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Tooling: Elegantly bring designs to life by coding within our internal Salesforce environment.
  • Copado AI Enablement: Explore and implement Copado AI and Copado Robotic Testing solutions to automate internal workflows and increase release velocity for our internal org.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches fast, turning ideas into real-time solutions for internal stakeholders.
  • Business Collaboration: Work with team leads and internal "customers" to meet business expectations while continuing to innovate.
  • Quality & Precision: Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail at all times to ensure business data remains reliable; apply feedback to continuously improve performance.
  • Productivity & Dependability: Meet productivity standards, complete work on time, follow instructions, and take ownership of commitments — notifying the appropriate person with an alternate plan when needed.
  • Innovation: Display original thinking and creativity; meet challenges with resourcefulness; generate suggestions for improving processes and automation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience developing and shipping software in a production environment
  • 4+ years of experience with Force.com (Apex, Visualforce) and Salesforce.com APIs
  • Strong knowledge of Lightning Experience (LWC)
  • Salesforce LEX Superbadge preferred
  • Ability to design and write well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code that balances elegance and pragmatism
  • Deep understanding of web standards and technologies (e.g., HTTP, REST, JSON)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Perforce/Git
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Expertise in debugging rich web applications
  • Experience with automation and test strategy, with a strong passion for quality
