We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Junior Data & Reporting Analyst to support our digital operations projects.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, consistency, and the ability to manage and deliver data reports within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports using Excel
- Analyze datasets and extract key insights
- Maintain and organize data files and reporting structures
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to internal teams and clients
- Support operational workflows and ongoing projects
- Strong Excel skills
- Pivot Tables
- Formulas (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / basic logic)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to follow clear instructions and deliver consistently
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience in reporting, analytics, or e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools
- Technical mindset (IT / systems understanding)
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration or a related field will be considered a plus
