Title: Engineering Services Manager
Job Description: The Engineering Services Manager (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Albany, GA will lead plant maintenance team in planning and execution of initiatives that improve equipment reliability, reduce water and energy demands, and improve plant technical capabilities. Confer with Unit Managers and Team Leaders to discuss project specifications and facility procedures. Analyze operational issues, provide engineering consultation and determine causes of equipment and operational problems. Support brewery safety, energy, and environmental initiatives. Oversee all brewery site services, vendor, and contractor performance. Manage cost containment for facilities maintenance. Lead facility infrastructure projects, hourly labor, contractor, and vendor budgets. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction, tracking project costs, and managing expenses through IM Pillar (EWP) tools. Establish and implement engineering processes and Molson Coors standards for OEM during project phases (FEL 1 through FEL 6). Work with consulting firms and OEM to issue for multimillion dollar construction bids, purchase equipment and materials, determine resource requirements to successfully execute approved solution within budget and schedule requirements and begin construction of the project. May telecommute one day per week.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Chemical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience as a mechanical, automation, control, or manufacturing engineer, or related occupation. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Brewing Processes, Manufacturing Operations High Speed Lines, and OSHA and Safety Standards; (2) project management tools including Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and Front-End Loading (FEL); (3) SAP/R3 PM Module Business and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX); (4) preparing cost estimates for budget preparation and maintaining budget forecasts in control; (5) COT (Capital Optimization Team) saving and benefits tracker tools; (6) Fixed assets in service and disposals management; (7) Brewing, Packaging, and Utility Design Preventive Maintenance; and (8) developing, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling multimillion dollar capital projects.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
