Benefits
Full description
Trusting Social is an AI Fintech pioneer that's revolutionizing credit access in emerging markets. Our mission is "Advancing AI to Meet the Financial Needs of Everyday Consumers with Empathy." We've assessed over 1 billion consumers across four countries, and we're on a mission to provide 100 million credit lines using the power of AI and Big Data.
How You'll Make an Impact
Based in Taguig (Metro Manila), you'll own our consumer lending and credit card products in the Philippines end-to-end, from business case and P&L to launch and optimization - across credit cards, co-lending, personal loans, and cash loans. As we move through licensing toward launch, you'll turn market, partner, and regulatory inputs into profitable products customers love.
A hands-on builder role: you experiment at pace, work closely with Risk, Finance, Engineering, and Partnerships, and balance customer value, commercial return, and responsible lending.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned credit card and lending products
- Translate market opportunities, partner needs, and competitive insights into a prioritized product backlog
- Define product positioning, target customer segments, and value propositions across on-us, co-branded, co-lending, and personal/cash loan products
- Balance short-term partner requirements with long-term product sustainability and scalability
Financial Modeling & P&L Ownership
- Build and own detailed financial models, unit economics analyses, and P&L forecasts for each product
- Define pricing, fee structures, and reward frameworks grounded in data-informed decisions
- Synthesize signals from market, partner, and customer data into actionable product recommendations
- Track performance metrics and act on early signals to optimize profitability and risk-adjusted returns
Product Development & Launch
- Own end-to-end product specification: from concept and business case through technical requirements, UAT, and go-live
- Coordinate across Risk, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to deliver on schedule
- Define and maintain the product governance framework—ensuring every launch is documented, compliant, and audit-ready
- Run structured launch reviews to assess performance against targets and drive continuous improvement
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary product interface with banking partners, platform partners, and regulators
- Translate partner requirements and regulatory constraints into well-defined product specs and technical briefs
- Build trust through consistent delivery and intentional communication; stay aware of downstream impact on partner operations
- Represent product to senior leadership with evidence-backed recommendations
AI-Powered Product Operations
- Use AI tools actively—craft precise prompts, critically evaluate outputs, and apply AI to accelerate analysis, documentation, and roadmap communication
- Experiment proactively with AI-powered workflows to expand what you can deliver without expanding headcount
- Build feedback loops that capture customer and partner signals for ongoing product refinement
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in financial products (credit cards, consumer loans, or co-lending)
- Deep familiarity with Philippine banking regulations, BSP requirements, and consumer lending frameworks
- Experience building financial models, P&L structures, and unit economics analyses from scratch
- Background in fintech, digital banking, or credit-driven consumer products; startup or high-growth tech background is a strong plus
How You Work
- Insights & AI Readiness — You synthesize data and AI tool outputs into product decisions; you craft precise prompts, evaluate results critically, and apply AI to deliver more with less
- Bias for Action — You move quickly from analysis to decision and produce tangible results without waiting for a full mandate
- Cross-domain Competence — You connect product, risk, finance, and technology thinking naturally, coordinating across functions to unlock pace
- Growth Mindset — You treat every launch—successful or not—as a learning signal, actively raise your own bar, and bring others along
Skills & Competencies
- Business Owner — You make calls without waiting for central approval; you own outcomes end-to-end, not just tasks
- Product Architect — You prototype product flows and decision logic; you read metrics before acting and build from evidence
- Domain Expert — You can break down credit product mechanics for any audience and know which edge cases to cover and document
- AI Operator — You keep product documentation, workflows, and AI-assisted outputs above quality threshold; you catch drift early
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required)
- High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
