Sr Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)OverviewOur client is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead a high-profile Salesforce implementation. This role will be responsible for establishing project governance, driving execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating vendors and stakeholders,and providing executive-level visibility throughout a complex enterprise transformation program.The ideal candidate brings experience leading large-scale CRM transformation/implementation initiatives and has a proven ability to create structure, accountability, and momentum in complex environments.KeyResponsibilities
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Develop, manage, and communicate an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, architecture, and data stakeholders.
- Manage implementation partners and external vendors to ensure delivery objectives are met.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) and drive resolution.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to sponsors and leadership teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change management activities throughout the program lifecycle.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business leaders to support customer data transformation efforts.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines remain on track.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise environments.
- Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementation efforts
- Strong project governance experience, including executive reporting, steering committees, risk management, and decision frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to create structure and execution discipline in ambiguous or evolving environments.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and implementation partners.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, customer data platforms, and data governance concepts.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Hands-on leadership style with ownership of planning, coordination, governance, and delivery activities.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
