Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Enterprise Project Delivery department has an immediate opening for a Project Manager III! As a Project Manager III, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting project management by analyzing project performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conducting feasibility analyses for proposed projects and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Monitoring project progress, so they can alert teams to potential risks or missed targets.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The starting salary is $106,414.36; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in management information systems, or related field is required. Five years of experience in project management, project planning and documentation, or project coordination. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Keys to success: In order to be successful as a Project Manager III you must possess these qualifications:

  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with diligence and accuracy.
  • Awareness of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Awareness of project management techniques and tools.
  • Awareness of project management software.
  • Ability to use and maintain basic, fundamental office equipment.
