The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for the role of Enterprise Project Manager within our Core Diagnostics division based out of the Central United States, and this is a field-based remote role.
Our diagnostic solutions are used in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instruments, and informatics systems is often the first step in patient care decision-making for hundreds of health conditions, from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.
As the Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll lead complex customer-facing diagnostic implementation projects across large healthcare systems. You’ll serve as the primary project leader from pre-sales planning through go-live, hypercare, and project closure to deliver successful customer outcomes.
What You'll Work On
- Lead enterprise diagnostic implementation projects spanning multiple facilities, regions, or health systems, ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, project schedules, resource strategies, and risk mitigation activities for complex customer deployments.
- Support pre-sales planning by providing implementation expertise, operational guidance, and timeline development for strategic opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Facilitate executive reviews, governance meetings, project status updates, and escalation management activities.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans that integrate hardware, software, automation, informatics, and workflow solutions.
- Coordinate project activities across Sales, Informatics, Automation, Clinical Applications, Service Engineering, Operations, and customer teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, drive accountability, and resolve issues impacting implementation success.
- Manage stakeholder alignment when priorities, resources, or project requirements evolve.
- Oversee customer readiness, validation activities, and go-live preparation to ensure successful deployment.
- Coordinate issue resolution during implementation, testing, validation, and post-go-live support.
- Guide projects through stabilization and hypercare support until successful project closure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience leading customer-facing project implementations in healthcare, healthcare IT, medical devices, diagnostics, enterprise technology, or a related technical environment.
- Experience managing business-to-business implementations involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading projects involving software, hardware, workflow transformation, systems integration, or operational improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Central United States to support customer implementations.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Experience supporting laboratory diagnostics, healthcare informatics, automation, middleware, healthcare technology, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience managing both technical and operational project implementations.
- Experience leading complex, multimillion-dollar implementation projects.
- Experience supporting customer solution planning and pre-sales implementation activities.
- Experience supporting large health systems, enterprise healthcare customers, or highly regulated environments.

The base pay for this position is $113,300.00 – $226,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
