Full description

At Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) our purpose is to 'open up the world for those who want to see'. Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something really amazing – travel!

Every online travel booking comes down to one defining moment: when a customer decides to hit "pay." We're looking for a Product Manager to lead product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle, with a particular focus on the path to purchase across FCTG's digital experience.

In this pivotal role, you'll shape product vision, define priorities, and translate customer and stakeholder insights into innovative solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. Owning the highest-impact part of our funnel, you'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, payments, analytics, operations, and support teams to remove friction, improve conversion, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you're passionate about solving customer problems, influencing product direction, and creating measurable value at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Help millions of travelers get from "browsing" to "booked." Join us!

Day to day:

  • Own the cart and checkout roadmap end-to-end, from insight to launch
  • Turn drop-off data into experiments that measurably lift conversion
  • Streamline payment and booking flows across web and mobile
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering to get initiatives to market quickly
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business strategy and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising features, enhancements, and key milestones
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, user research, market trends, and business requirements to inform product decisions
  • Monitor product performance, manage releases, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights

You'll be perfect for the role, if you have:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product-focused role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • A track record improving conversion on a high-traffic e-commerce or transactional product
  • Fluency with funnel analytics and A/B testing
  • A bias for shipping, you'd rather learn from a live test than debate in a doc
  • Sharp prioritisation and the ability to rally a delivery team
  • Experience working in Agile environments with demonstrated knowledge of product lifecycle management
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or other internet-scale technology environments
  • Experience partnering with UX/UI teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Commercial acumen with experience preparing business cases and evaluating product opportunities
