As a Project Manager / PMO, you will lead governance, planning, delivery coordination, and stakeholder management activities across strategic consulting and transformation initiatives. You will ensure structured execution, effective reporting, and strong stakeholder alignment while supporting multiple workstreams within a fast‑paced project environment.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
Project Governance & PMO Management
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks across consulting engagements.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependency trackers, and status reports.
- Track deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and action items across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure project execution aligns with agreed objectives, scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor resource allocation and utilisation across projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and project status sessions.
- Support planning and monitoring of project budgets, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
Delivery Management
- Support execution of consulting initiatives across portfolio optimisation, campaign management, credit risk, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation programmes.
- Coordinate activities between consulting teams, business stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and decision logs.
- Track dependencies and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks.
- Support implementation planning, execution monitoring, and post‑implementation reviews.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage day‑to‑day communication with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Prepare executive presentations, governance packs, and project updates for leadership teams.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and project review meetings.
- Escalate risks, issues, and decisions appropriately to project sponsors and leadership teams.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop project reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
- Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support leadership reporting through regular project health assessments.
- Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and business outcomes.
Client & Delivery Leadership
- Own project governance processes and reporting requirements.
- Independently manage project discussions and stakeholder interactions.
- Influence project outcomes through effective communication, coordination, and execution management.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while managing competing priorities effectively.

Experience
- You have 7–9 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Programme Management, Consulting, or Banking Project Delivery.
- You have experience within banking, cards, payments, financial services, or consulting environments.
- You have supported portfolio optimisation, risk management, customer lifecycle management, campaign management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- You have worked in consulting firms or managed services environments (preferred).
Technical Expertise
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, technology, finance, or a related field.
- You have strong understanding of project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery frameworks.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools.
- You hold PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
- You are familiar with project reporting, governance frameworks, and delivery controls.
