Job Summary

Responsible for providing analysis and reporting to management

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform product cost analysis for improvement or decision making .
  • Review and analyze price changes.
  • Analyze excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Review, analyze and close the sub-ledgers and general ledgers on a monthly basis within the closing timelines.
  • Prepare and analyze the reconciliations of various sub-ledgers to the General Ledger on a monthly basis in conjunction with the Corporate Finance Reconciliation Policy. 
  • Record manual journal entries into Oracle, including accruals and adjusting entries.
  • Prepare and support tax provision, computations and submissions.
  • Assist in transfer pricing, corporate income tax, withholding tax, SST/GST, and other applicable tax matters
  • Ensure timely compliance with tax filing and payment deadlines.
  • Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the business
  • Provide analytical assistance and support on an as needed basis.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance /accountancy or relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MICPA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of tax or audit experience. Costing experience is an advantage.
