Position Summary
On our quest to be recognized as the world’s best partner to indie game developers we are looking to strengthen our team with a Product Manager in the LatAm region. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about indie games, people, collaboration, player behaviours and connecting games with players. You’ll lead the product direction on your games, balancing business goals, market realities, and player needs while making sure the game's heart and creative identity stay intact.
In this role, you’ll be working closely with a Publishing Producer, a Brand Manager and the External Developer. Your job is to keep the team aligned around a shared product vision, and ensure decision, from pricing to positioning, are grounded, intentional, and player-informed.
We are a distributed company currently looking to expand our presence in the LatAm region, which is why this role should be based in the region, starting off by working from home while building up local presence.
Responsibilities
As a Product Manager you will:
- Be the business champion who brings our indie developer partners visions into successful products
- Own the P&L and lead product strategy and direction across multiple titles
- Guide and support your Product Team (Publishing Producer + Brand Manager + Developer) to align on creative and commercial goals
- Translate market insights, business needs, and player feedback into actionable product decisions and commercial roadmaps
- Drive key elements like pricing, monetization, platform strategy, and content planning
- Own the product lifecycle, from early concept through release and beyond, within your projects
- Balance short-term needs with long-term vision and player value
Requirements and Skills Needed for the Role
This role requires a strategic thinker and a skilled communicator. You need to have:
- Experience owning product strategy across multiple game titles and on multiple platforms (Steam, Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo)
- A strong understanding of game development, player behaviour, and commercial levers
- A proven ability to guide cross-functional teams toward a shared vision
- Comfort working with both data and intuition to inform decisions
- A good understanding of different business models and release strategies (premium, Early Access, live service, F2P, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, across creative and commercial teams
Bonus points if you’ve worked in publishing or supported games across various platforms and markets. Extra bonus if you’ve turned a few tricky trade-offs into a breakthrough.
