This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Designation: Deputy Manager - Production

Qualification: Degree / Diploma (Production)

Experience: 3 years to 8 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

1 Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.

2 Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions

3 Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity

4 Complete customer orders within 7 days. Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects

5 TPM Initiatives on shop floor. Safety Improvements. 5S Sustenance on shop.

6 Improve labour productivity in shop.
