We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Data Scientist to support a mission-critical Intelligence Community customer. This role focuses on transforming complex intelligence data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have experience working in intelligence environments, leveraging modern data science methodologies to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Position Summary
As an Intelligence Data Scientist, you will work alongside intelligence analysts, engineers, and government stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions supporting mission operations. You will collect, clean, integrate, analyze, and visualize large intelligence datasets while developing automated analytical methodologies and AI/ML models that improve mission effectiveness.
This position requires a combination of data science expertise, intelligence tradecraft, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Intelligence Community missions by applying advanced analytics to structured and unstructured intelligence data.
- Produce data cleaning, transformation, and preparation activities supporting intelligence analysis.
- Perform data preprocessing, data integration, validation, quality assurance, and routine data quality checks.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable intelligence.
- Develop interactive dashboards and operational visualizations using Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
- Create advanced visualizations to communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop automated analytical methodologies using Python and other data science technologies.
- Apply statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to solve intelligence problems.
- Develop AI/ML models supporting unstructured data analysis and intelligence exploitation.
- Utilize Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and intelligence tradecraft to support mission requirements.
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts, software engineers, and government customers to improve analytical workflows.
- Document methodologies, analytical processes, and technical findings for government customers.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives through automation and advanced analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
OR
- Seven (7) years of experience providing data science support, with at least a portion of that experience within the last two (2) years
OR
- Eleven (11) years of directly related professional experience may be substituted for a degree
