About Limble

At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We’re revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

About the Role

We're hiring a self-starting Salesforce Developer/Engineer who will take full ownership of our Salesforce Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements and design through build, test, deployment, and long-term support. This is an individual-contributor role with real architectural authority: you'll be the go-to expert who decides how Salesforce, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and our surrounding systems fit together, and you'll be trusted to run with that ownership with minimal oversight.

You'll work across our core stack — Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ), HubSpot, Omnistudio document generation, Gong, Maxio, and NetSuite — and you'll be an early adopter of AI-driven development workflows, including building and extending tools on the Claude Salesforce MCP.

This is a high-ownership seat: you'll shape the architecture of a mission-critical revenue system, work with a modern and varied tech stack, and have real latitude to bring in new tools and approaches — including cutting-edge AI-assisted development — rather than simply maintaining what already exists.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Own the full Salesforce SDLC — requirements gathering, solution design, sandbox development, testing, CI/CD deployment, release management, and production support, with minimal hand-holding.
  • CPQ / Revenue Cloud Advanced — configure, extend, and troubleshoot Revenue Cloud Advanced (CPQ) to support complex pricing, quoting, bundling, and approval workflows; this is a core, heavily-weighted responsibility of the role.
  • Integrations — design and build robust SOAP and REST integrations connecting Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud Advanced to HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, NetSuite, and other systems, with sound error handling, monitoring, and data-flow design.
  • Document generation — build and maintain Omnistudio-based document generation (DocGen) solutions supporting quoting, contracts, and other revenue documents.
  • AI-assisted development — work hands-on with the Claude Salesforce MCP to accelerate development, automate workflows, and pilot new AI-driven capabilities on the platform.
  • Revenue systems fluency — partner with RevOps, Sales, and Finance to keep Sales Cloud, HubSpot, Gong, Maxio (billing), and NetSuite (financials) accurate, connected, and reporting-ready.
  • Platform health & governance — manage users, profiles, permissions, and security; enforce coding and architectural standards; document configurations and integrations for long-term maintainability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work while exercising sound judgment about when and how to use them.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience, ideally including full ownership of at least one end-to-end SDLC process.
  • Strong, demonstrated CPQ experience — Revenue Cloud Advanced strongly preferred (Salesforce CPQ or comparable quote-to-cash platforms also considered).
  • Proven integration expertise with SOAP and REST APIs, middleware, and multi-system data flows.
  • Experience building external-facing applications on the Salesforce platform (Experience Cloud, custom Force.com apps, or similar).
  • Solid Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, and SOQL skills; comfort moving between declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Experience with Omnistudio, particularly document generation, is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to HubSpot, Gong, Maxio, and/or NetSuite integrations is highly valued.
  • Curiosity or hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Agentforce, Einstein) and interest in applying them to Salesforce development.
  • A genuine self-starter: comfortable owning ambiguous problems, setting your own direction, and driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, Application Architect, or similar) are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

  • $120,000 - $140,000
  • Fully remote position
  • Flexible PTO
  • 13 paid company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance
  • Employer paid Basic Life insurance and Short-Term Disability insurance
  • Company contribution match for HSA and 401(k)
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Monthly employee wellness stipend
  • Opportunities for Learning and Development Reimbursement
  • Pet insurance
