QA Receiving Associate Radwell International LLC | Quality Assurance Full-Time | Hourly + Commission | On-site Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm 3401 Avenue E, Arlington, TX 76003
The QA Receiving Associate is responsible for inspecting, receiving, evaluating, and documenting incoming industrial automation and electronic products to ensure accuracy, quality, and inventory readiness. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity by verifying product details, recording key information, and supporting quality assurance processes before products are made available for sale or production.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, technically curious, and enjoy working with industrial products, inventory systems, and quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for quality, condition, and accuracy
- Verify part numbers, quantities, serial numbers, firmware revisions, and product specifications
- Review purchase orders and associated documentation to ensure proper processing
- Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate departments
- Accurately enter inventory information into company systems
- Photograph products and maintain accurate product records as required
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of inventory
- Assist with product research, identification, and documentation activities
- Support quality assurance processes and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts as assigned
- Maintain organized work areas and inventory locations
- Work closely with Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Production teams
- Follow established quality procedures and documentation standards
- Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

Education & Experience

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance and adhere to company attendance and time-off policies.
Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse and inventory environment. Employees are required to wear company identification badges and comply with all company safety requirements. Closed-toe, hard-soled shoes are required.
