Full description

Primary Function:

The Marketing Graphic Designer will support the day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department and be responsible for the development and execution of creative assets that support Bradford White Corporation and its family of brands. The Marketing Graphic Designer position involves a variety of projects, including the design and development of print and digital marketing materials; support of product launches and marketing campaigns; creation of assets for advertising, social media, trade shows, and internal communications; and the maintenance of brand consistency across creative materials. The position will also provide opportunities to support photography, video, and other multimedia projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, print and digital advertisements, flyers, point-of-sale materials, and other creative assets supporting Bradford White Corporation and its family of brands.
  • Creating digital assets for Bradford White Corporation websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, and other marketing communications including 3D product renderings.
  • Maintaining and updating creative assets within the Bradford White Corporation asset library while ensuring adherence to established brand standards and visual consistency across marketing materials.
  • Preparing production-ready creative files for commercial printing and other external production resources, ensuring files meet appropriate technical and quality standards.
  • Editing, retouching, and preparing product and lifestyle photography for use across print, digital, and other marketing applications.
  • Collaborating with marketing managers, product managers, agency partners, and other internal and external stakeholders in the development and execution of creative projects.
  • Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing assignments and meeting established project timelines and deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • College and/or Graduate Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field required, plus a minimum of two (2) years of professional graphic design experience. Related industry experience a plus but not required.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical ability
  • Must be proficient with the following programs:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Blender or CAD
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to accept feedback and revise designs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Additional experience with photography, videography, Adobe Premiere and After Effects preferred but not required.
