- Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, Power Automate, and RPA technologies
- Design and deploy AI solutions for HR-related use cases, including establishing a platform for running local LLMs such as Llama2
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and automation capabilities
- Drive the reuse and scaling of core automation features across the organization
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance development efficiency and business value
