Business Analyst is expected to participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead Fit/Gap and JAD sessions that map requirements to standard features and functions
- Conduct business, operational, financial and comparative analysis used to recommend an effective implementation approach.
- Execute data queries to support reporting, analysis, data validation, troubleshooting, and testing
- Identify and document business process, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
- Develop functional and technical design specifications, process flows, and system documentation to ensure solutions meet business requirements, program objectives, and established standards.
- Refine User Stories and establish acceptance criteria identified for features
- Support system testing activities, like developing test scenarios, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify training needs and support user readiness for new or enhanced system functionality, business processes, and operational procedures
- Participate in implementation activities supporting the successful delivery of system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Provide end-user support by assisting with production support activities, responding to user questions, and helping resolve system related issues.

- Experience designing intuitive, user-centric UI/UX solutions
- Proficiency with SQL for querying and validating data
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including generative AI use cases
