This role is about moving from roadmap to delivery: shaping high-level priorities into clear work packages, building delivery plans, managing dependencies, monitoring progress, and making the adjustments needed to keep implementation moving. - Deliver digital and technology solutions: Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of priority enterprise solutions that support regulatory capability and improve how services are delivered.
- Turn roadmap into delivery: Break high-level roadmaps into achievable components, milestones, dependencies, delivery plans, and decision points that enable teams to execute.
- Drive execution and accountability: Track progress, remove blockers, manage risks and trade-offs, support delivery governance, and keep teams focused on implementation and measurable progress.
- Connect business and technology delivery: Work across Regulatory, and Digital teams to ensure solutions are practical, fit-for-purpose, and ready to implement.
- Plan for ongoing operations: Ensure delivered solutions are designed for sustainable support, including release management, CI/CD practices, operational handover, and continuous improvement after implementation.
