Senior Product Designer - Join Our Innovative Team at think-cell Software

Our Story At think-cell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What You Will Do

You'll own the end-to-end experience of our AI product, from first concept to polished, shipped interactions. You'll work as a core member of a product team, collaborating closely with a Product Manager and engineers from discovery onward, together turning real customer problems into intuitive, delightful designs. For a highly visual, data-rich product like ours, great design isn't a finishing touch, it's what makes features land. This is a pivotal, hands-on role with real ownership and influence over where the product goes next.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the experience

  • Own the end-to-end user experience of our products, from early concepts and flows to shipped interactions
  • Design end-to-end user journeys and craft intuitive, delightful interfaces for a data-rich, highly visual product

Lead discovery

  • Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers to discover customer insights and turn problem statements into prototypes, flows and validated solution designs
  • Run user research, customer interviews, and usability tests and iterate quickly to keep the experience grounded in evidence
  • Join client calls to keep your design decisions close to real customer needs

Shape direction

  • Influence product direction and long-term product vision in partnership with Product Managers and Engineers, rather than executing handed-down requirements
  • Be a voice of the customer, advocating for best possible user experience balancing technical constraints and business goals
  • Ground your designs suggestions and decision in data wherever possible

Raise the bar

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data as an embedded member of the team.
  • Elevate design quality across the product area, identifying emerging patterns and creating reusable solutions.

You will be great for this position if you have

  • 4+ years of product design experience, designing complex B2B, SaaS, or productivity software end-to-end, with a portfolio showing full journeys from discovery to shipped, measurable outcomes
  • Strong interaction and visual design craft, especially for data-rich or highly visual products, along with fluency in modern tools (e.g. Figma) and rapid, high-fidelity prototyping, including AI-assisted approaches
  • Solid experience with user research, usability testing, and experimentation, and comfort talking to customers directly
  • Experience building on and evolving a design system
  • The ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, loosely defined problems, making sound decisions independently, and the resilience to work well under pressure and embrace evolving processes
  • An interest in AI-powered and data-heavy products (a plus), along with familiarity with presentation or data-visualization tools
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
