Founded in 1983 and acquired by the New Path Group of fire and security companies in 2021, Armour Security has operated in the Enfield area for nearly 40 years. Employing and training local people to a high standard, Armour installs the very best CCTV systems and intruder alarms to residential, commercial, and retail properties.
Armour Security is an NSI NACOSS Gold approved company and accepted by insurers as TradeCraft installers and maintainers of intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems. We are also registered with the Metropolitan and local police forces, and can request police response to intruder alarm activation when connected via an alarm receiving centre.

Job Description
As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find on the following systems:
- Access Control
- Video Surveillance
- Intruder Alarms
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and learning new technical skills in various environments.

Training to be Provided
This is where you'll learn the skills that employers actually want.
Your apprenticeship training is delivered by Skills for Security, specialists in fire and security training.
You’ll train through block release at our Dagenham centre, for one week every eight weeks (Tuesday–Friday).
You’ll work towards a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, gaining real skills and a nationally recognised qualification.
