Full description

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to help shape how ArcHouse’s products are brought to market and understood by customers. You’ll go deep on the product, define positioning and messaging, and drive everything from in-product copy, education and communication, and more. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines product experience and judgment, excellent writing, and strong cross-functional leadership.

What you’ll do

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and core narratives for feature releases, key launches, and strategic product narratives
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to drive how products are presented to our customers and in the care-at-home industry at large. You’ll bring together customer insight, product understanding, and market context into product and launch decisions
  • Create and coordinate launch deliverables including changelogs, demos, email and social copy, documentation and go-to-market communications
  • Equip sales and CS teams with the context and materials they need to communicate new launches effectively

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to make complex ideas feel clear and compelling
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills grounded in customer problems and how our products solve them
  • Great project management skills and ability to track large amounts of detail
  • Comfort diving into product details with product and engineering, understanding the why and how behind what we build
  • Strong judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate autonomously while maintaining a high quality bar

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Fully remote work environment with setup stipend
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Regular team events and off-sites
