Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, test, and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze, validate, and resolve data quality issues, reporting gaps, and control weaknesses.
  • Perform testing and gap analysis for regulatory reporting projects and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Support regulatory changes, reporting automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation, reporting databases, and data governance standards.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of reporting and testing activities.
  • Drive process improvements and support ad-hoc reporting and regulatory assignments.

Experience / Knowledge Required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in data analytics, regulatory reporting, testing, or banking operations.
  • Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Excel/VBA, Tableau, Power BI, and business intelligence tools.
  • Good understanding of data management, databases, data warehousing, and reporting processes.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, analytics, or regulatory reporting.
  • Familiarity with BNM regulatory reporting requirements and banking products is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
