Full description

Gritter Francona is looking to potentially support a project to perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act. This potential project's scope is involving the intaking, validating, reviewing, tracking, and summarizing of up to 30 recognition requests per month and creating digital resources necessary for implementation.

This project will establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows necessary for the project's framework.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Project Manager for this potential project. The Project Manager will provide project oversight, planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination required for monthly and quarterly deliverables.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4 years' experience leading project management efforts for federal programs, healthcare programs, or complex technical review environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in risk management, corrective action development, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience producing executive‑level reporting materials and maintaining compliance with federal performance standards
  • PMP certification highly preferred
  • Agile framework knowledge preferred
