Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is skilled in Power BI and SQL (minimum 1 year of hands-on experience), with a strong analytical mindset. Python is a plus, not a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
- Monitor data integrity and continuously optimize reporting processes.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to support business reporting and decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Proven experience with SQL queries, database management, and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
- Basic understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Optional) Skills:
- Familiarity or experience with Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Salesforce Reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical methods.
