Job Title: Data Analyst 1

Department: ICG

Location: Noida

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to turn data into clear, actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is skilled in Power BI and SQL (minimum 1 year of hands-on experience), with a strong analytical mindset. Python is a plus, not a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand analytical requirements and deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor data integrity and continuously optimize reporting processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide insights.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to support business reporting and decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience with SQL queries, database management, and data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
  • Basic understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present clear insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Optional) Skills:

  • Familiarity or experience with Python for data analysis and scripting.
  • Salesforce Reporting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics and statistical methods.
