We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join Service Solutions Europe (SSE), who are Sony’s aftersales function for both Consumer and Professional Products. You will join a supportive and welcoming team of business & functional analysts who are responsible for re-thinking and improving business process flows, increasing customer experience and decreasing the cost for Sony.
The heart of this position is to be an analyst, partnering with operational colleagues to collect/document requirements, before translating into a high-level feasible business process design, and then collaborating with IS Solution Architects & Developers to create the best system solution before documenting into a set of functional change requests for all impacted applications. In addition, you will play a vital role in bring together many departments in our complex business; from colleagues across SSE business to Sony internal & external IS teams, and overall business & technical project managers.
To be successful you will need to handle pressure with a starter-finisher approach. You will:
- Maintain and evolve business process documentation across all SSE domains (online, contact, service, and parts operations), ensuring changes are consistently recorded and accessible to stakeholders.
- Lead projects from initiation through go-live, including requirements workshops, system design alignment, testing coordination, and cutover planning; monitor post-launch performance and provide management reporting.
- Manage transition to business-as-usual by updating support documentation, coordinating training delivery, tracking incident trends, and communicating new processes to IT Helpdesk and support teams.
- Coordinate security and compliance with EGIS (European Global Information Security) by maintaining application impact assessments, evaluating access requirements for new projects, and identifying security assessment needs for process changes.
You will bring:
- Experienced with process flow documentation and modelling tools i.e. Nimbus/UML/Visio
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or AWS EKS Kubernetes
- Experience with one or more programming languages; ideally C#, Java(-script) and Python
- Experience with AI in IT domain including documenting/testing/proof-of-concept
- Team player and good communicator, who can easily establish excellent working relationships
