Who We Want

Arrive Logistics’ Product team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a core member of the Product team supporting one of our product domains, you will partner closely with a Sr. Product Manager to manage day-to-day team execution, translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of capabilities that enhance user experience. You will serve as a bridge between product, design, and engineering, bringing both analytical rigor and excellent communication skills to drive product success through the full product lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day team operations and coordinate across product, design, and engineering to ensure delivery of roadmap commitments.
  • Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications based on the product manager’s strategy, solution design, and product requirements document.
  • Lead agile processes including team standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and status tracking to maintain momentum and visibility.
  • Support the Product Manager by conducting research, coordinating stakeholder interviews, and documenting business requirements.
  • Handle operational issues and support requests, serving as a primary point of contact for questions about product functionality and expected behavior.
  • Create and maintain product documentation including feature guides, FAQs, and release notes to support end-user adoption.
  • Help collect and synthesize feedback from users, support teams, and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
  • Assist with incident response and post-mortems to identify process improvements and prevent recurring issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 0-3 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, logistics operations, or a similar role
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product.
  • Experience working on B2B products is preferred; a freight or logistics industry background is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and priorities.

The base salary range for this position is $79,000 - $98,000, plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
