As Project Management Office Manager Project Management leads the planning and execution of cross-functional and global projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and risk requirements. Project Management Office & Support (PMO) implements Nokia’s project management standards, processes, and tools to enable efficient, high-quality project delivery while strengthening PM capabilities through training and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong expertise in BPP systems and related business processes.
- Manage contract processing through Nokia Oy, including PO creation for country entities.
- Manage SharePoint repositories and ensure accurate document governance for Nokia and Infinera.
- Oversee project cost allocations across countries, WBS structures, support organizations, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Manage warehousing costs, CEVA invoice processing, vendor payments, and internal cost recoveries.
- Manage maintenance invoicing and IPOs for key regional customers and projects, including APCN2, Telstra, AJC, Indigo, Unity, Apple, BT, Westcon, SoftBank, and Vodafone.
- Support ECPLS reporting, troubleshoot FPC BOT issues, and perform root-cause analysis for deployment and maintenance projects.
- Act as the Singapore ISMS compliance SPOC, coordinating audits, compliance activities, asset verification, finance support, and employee access to Nokia systems and tools.
- Manage cross-charging between Nokia and Infinera projects and resources, ensuring accurate cost allocation and processing.
Qualifications
You have:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience in Project Management .
- Experience in supporting IPO invoicing, tax-related queries, shopping cart creation, vendor POs, project/WBS creation, and procurement activities.
- Experience in Managing complex inter-unit cross-charging queries and ensure accurate resolution across business units.
- Manage SRM and SAP transactions, including PO, IPO, BPO, invoices, CPO, CSO, ISO, Project IDs, WBS, Twilights, and ECPLS FPC tools.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Manage JPC project creation and ERP structures, support resource assignments, and assist with procurement, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable queries.
- Support finance audits, invoice status queries, Google RES and RTS annual activities, and process LT110 and OSF PO requests.
- Coordinate internal equipment shipments, refurbished equipment orders, test equipment rentals and purchase orders, and maintain overall test equipment inventory.
