Teserac is building the AI-native observability and reasoning layer for the owners and operators of mission-critical physical infrastructure, including AI data centers. We work at the intersection of software, infrastructure, and AI to help customers operate complex environments with greater visibility and confidence.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will own how Teserac's platform is positioned, launched, and sold. You will translate deeply technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with data center operators, and you will equip our sales team with the content, training, and market insight they need to win. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to product, sales, and customers in a fast-moving startup environment, and who wants to shape the go-to-market foundation for a growing company.
ResponsibilitiesPositioning and messaging
- Own positioning and messaging for Teserac's platform and its capabilities, and keep the narrative consistent across the website, sales materials, campaigns, and events.
- Develop and maintain buyer personas for data center operators, facilities and infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with product management to translate technical capabilities into customer value and business outcomes.
Product launches and go-to-market
- Lead go-to-market planning for new products and features, including launch strategy, release messaging, and cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Define launch goals and success metrics, and report on launch performance to leadership.
- Support pricing and packaging decisions with market and customer input.
Sales enablement and content
- Build and maintain sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, product one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
- Train sales and customer-facing teams on positioning, competitive differentiation, and new releases.
- Write and edit customer-facing content such as solution briefs, web copy, and technical blog posts, working closely with subject matter experts.
Market and competitive intelligence
- Track competitors and adjacent categories, including DCIM, observability, AIOps, and building/power management platforms, and maintain up-to-date competitive analyses.
- Run win/loss interviews and gather customer insights to inform messaging, product priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
- Support analyst and industry relations, and bring market perspective to leadership and roadmap discussions.
- 3–6 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally for technical, infrastructure, or data-intensive products.
- Proven track record owning positioning, messaging, and product launches end to end.
- Experience building sales enablement content and training sales teams; comfortable presenting to sales, customers, and executives.
- Strong writer and storyteller who can turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience with competitive analysis, customer research, and win/loss programs.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, product, engineering, and sales in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and content management platforms.
- Able to travel occasionally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Fluent in English and eligible to work in the United States.
- Domain knowledge in data centers, critical power and infrastructure, observability, AI/ML, or industrial IoT is a strong plus.
- Experience marketing to operations, facilities, or infrastructure buyers is a plus.
