Location: Seattle (Northgate), WA. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days per week in-office.
About the Role:
The AI Solutions Engineer develops and supports AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and knowledge sharing across the organization. Leveraging Microsoft Copilot, workflow automation tools, and local AI platforms, this role designs secure, scalable AI systems while helping drive adoption and continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across the company, the AI Solutions Engineer ensures AI initiatives align with business objectives, governance standards, and evolving technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations using Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related technologies.
- Develop and administer secure local AI environments for concurrent company-wide use, including the integration of enterprise AI models and tools.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems to ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and support successful implementation.
- Establish and maintain standards for governance, version control, quality assurance, and data security.
- Develop safeguards and access controls for confidential and sensitive information.
- Support AI adoption through training, documentation, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 1–5+ years of experience supporting, developing, or administering AI-enabled or complex software systems.
- Experience implementing and managing multi-user AI environments using vLLM, Open WebUI, or similar tools.
- Experience with low-code workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with version control systems and software deployment practices.
- Ability to independently manage projects and contribute to technical planning and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of AI infrastructure, including GPUs and high-performance computing environments.
- Experience with automated testing, quality assurance, and system monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, and scalability best practices.
- Understanding of cloud data platforms, including Azure, AWS, and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience or interest in developing, fine-tuning, or evaluating machine learning models.

Landau Associates offers an excellent compensation and benefits package in an environment that promotes personal growth and professional advancement. The salary range for this position is $85,500 – $135,000. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, performance, location, and internal equity.
