Position Summary
Leads quality assurance and test design activities by developing quality programs, managing testing strategies, overseeing compliance and audit processes, analyzing quality performance metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Testing, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience developing and implementing quality assurance programs, processes, standards, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in test strategy development, test design, and execution of functional, performance, integration, and regression testing.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing quality assurance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to establish, monitor, and report on quality metrics, KPIs, and performance measures.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews against quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complex quality issues and drive corrective actions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer support.
- Knowledge of defect prevention methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, prioritization, implementation, and ongoing support of quality initiatives.
- Adept at business intelligence and data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Quality Assurance Manager (CQAM) certification preferred.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.
- Knowledge of industry quality standards, testing frameworks, and quality management systems.
- Experience leveraging business intelligence tools and reporting platforms to drive quality insights.
- Familiarity with emerging quality assurance technologies, automation frameworks, and testing best practices.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
