Job Description

The Credit Systems Analyst is responsible for the technical and functional administration of systems and third-party integrations supporting assigned business units. This role evaluates, develops, implements, and supports technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve processes, and meet business needs. The Credit Systems Analyst serves as the lead resource for system-related projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional departments and vendors to maintain system performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Essential Functions

  • Systems Administration & Support:• Administers, maintains, and optimizes credit systems and third-party integrations to ensure system reliability, performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Leads system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities in partnership with business units, Information Technology, and vendors.
  • Serves as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for system-related issues, providing user support, training, and guidance.
  • Manages system configurations, user access, and security permissions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinates and executes testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation of system changes and releases.
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement:• Assists in the development, writing and updating of procedures and policies on related systems, software, and products.
  • Tracks all system changes, accomplishments, and backlog items.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance requirements are tested and implemented according to the credit union guidelines.
  • Works closely with other departments in the testing and scheduling of all system releases, new products, and marketing campaigns.
  • Works in the testing and process mapping environment to ensure systems are free of error before transitioning products into production.
  • Manage permission access and user capabilities in accordance with security best practices.
  • Works with others to develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications and data mapping for data integrations, developers, and testers to follow.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Wings policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

  • College degree or technical training preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant systems experience (nCino preferred), including knowledge and experience with financial institution software programs required
  • Previous lending experience preferred preferred

  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and relationship skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, deadlines, and activities
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

  • Ability to work alone or with little supervision
  • Willingness to pursue further education in meeting business needs

Additional Information

PAY RANGE: $34-$40/hour (S15), plus 10% annual target bonus.

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, location and internal pay equity.
