Job Summary: Primarily responsible for the collection, transmission, and validation of system and transactional data for the Wealth and Retirement business unit on a daily basis. Performs work on TrustDesk handling daily balancing and settlement functions with Wealth Management's 3rd party outsourced system vendor. Monitors data quality in accordance with organizational and compliance standards. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Essential Functions:

  • All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Responsible for posting transactions which may include initiating wires, ACH's, stop payments, and check printing/distribution.
  • Handles batch posting, transaction reversals, and outstanding check reconcilement.
  • Completion of daily balancing and settlement as well as date of death valuations.
  • Serves as administrator for Wealth online banking platform/s (Portfolio Online)
  • Reviews and generates applicable exception reports related to daily tasks and regularly monitors outstanding items until resolution.
  • Prepares monthly entries for Wealth Management.
  • First point of contact for on-site original documentation storage including deposits, withdrawals, and regular audits and any related compliance considerations.
  • Assists with preparation of monthly variance analysis supplemental reports.
  • Consistently identifies opportunities to streamline processes by analyzing process inefficiencies, redundancies, and errors, ultimately delivering improved outcomes.
  • Assists with other middle office duties, as needed.
  • Works both independently and as part of a team. Provides back-up support as needed to department and participates in special projects as needed.

Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred. 1 – 3 years of systems operations or data processing experience required. Wealth Management and/or Bank Operations experience preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be very detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Requires attention to detail and a commitment to data quality. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Requires good knowledge of Microsoft applications, i.e., Excel and Word.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
