The Senior Product Analyst will own and evolve the metrics tree, validate product hypotheses, and conduct ad-hoc investigations into metric fluctuations. They are also responsible for designing and analyzing A/B tests to provide actionable recommendations for product growth.

We are looking for Senior Product Analyst to join our main product team.
Your main tasks will be:
1. Metrics Ownership
Maintain and evolve the metrics tree Validate metrics and verify that dashboards are built correctly, write clear specs for Data Engineering Own a single, locked definition for each metric (no two ways of calculating the same thing) Decompose the north-star metric down to the level each team can actually influence Run ad-hoc investigations into metric fluctuations Work directly with functional leads
2. Research
Ad-hoc investigation of metric fluctuations and anomalies Find and analyze bottlenecks: conversion drop-offs and segmentation Validate product hypotheses Data mining for non-obvious patterns and growth opportunities Prioritize problems jointly with Product, ranked by potential impact on the north-star metric
3. A/B Testing
Test design calculations: sample size, MDE, duration, randomization split Verify split correctness and run sanity checks before reading any results Report results together with guardrail metrics Define data-tracking requirements (which events must be added) Maintain the test archive Deliver actionable recommendations from each experiment Proactively surface data-quality issues before decisions get built on that data
We expect from you:
- Received a mathematical or technical higher education;
- Possess knowledge, experience in applying the methods of mathematical statistics and probability theory;
- You are proficient in data extraction, processing, analysis and visualization tools (MS SQL, Python, Excel);
- Have deep experience in running and analyzing A/B tests;
- Have deep knowledge of marketing metrics, experienced in using them.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
