Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead Oracle ERP implementation initiatives across PAN INDIA. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful design, integration, and deployment of Oracle ERP solutions. Your expertise in translating complex business requirements into functional specifications will ensure seamless alignment with organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial processes, particularly in billing and taxation, within the banking and financial services domain. Your contributions will directly impact system performance, data accuracy, and user adoption across the enterprise.

Location: PAN INDIA

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and facilitate workshops to analyze and map business processes into comprehensive functional design documents, user stories, and data flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and troubleshoot integration workflows between Oracle ERP and legacy or external systems.
  • Develop and execute functional test cases, oversee system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for performance issues, audit data integrity, and resolve configuration or billing accuracy problems in production environments.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile Scrum practices throughout the project lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant IT experience, including 2-3 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations or upgrades.
  • Proven functional expertise in billing, taxation, or financial modules within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience working within Agile Scrum environments, including delivering business analysis deliverables across sprints.
  • Familiarity with ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) functional modules, particularly in transaction processing, billing, and payment workflows-considered a strong advantage.
