Key Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in deal operations, sales operations, commercial operations, deal desk, solution operations, order management, procurement, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex B2B technology, telecommunications, cybersecurity, managed services, or similar solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between solution design, pricing, contracting, procurement, service delivery, and billing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret pricing, quotes, contracts, purchase documentation, and customer requirements.
- Strong understanding of commercial and financial concepts, including margin, pricing, discounts, costs, and revenue.
- Strong project and workflow management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in both manual and automated processes.
- Experience with CRM, CPQ, SSPP, ERP, procurement, contract management, or billing systems preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
