Full description

About the Role

We're a Series A/B-backed AI procurement intelligence company building the next generation of agentic workflows for the industrial sector — and we're looking for a Junior Product Designer to help us invent what that looks like.

This is a rare opportunity to shape UX patterns that genuinely don't exist yet: how procurement professionals supervise AI agents, how trust is built between humans and automated systems, and how complex industrial workflows evolve from dashboards into agent-driven experiences. You'll join a small, cross-functional team shipping weekly to paying customers in a fast-moving B2B environment.

What You'll Do

  • Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to real customers within weeks — not months.
  • Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is established between them.
  • Prototype rapidly in Figma, code, and AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and domain experts to minimise handoff friction.
  • Review PRs and contribute last-mile interaction and visual polish to ensure the highest shipped quality.
  • Raise visual and interaction standards across the product and actively contribute to the design system.
  • Own features from discovery through to launch — not just isolated screens.
  • Iterate based on real customer feedback and observed usage patterns.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 0–2 years of product design experience (strong internships count) with a portfolio of shipped work — ideally in B2B, complex workflows, or data-heavy products.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end feature design and ship to paying customers on short cycles.
  • Strong instinct for visual and interaction design with a keen eye for design system consistency.
  • Practical understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle and a focus on cross-functional alignment.
  • Daily use of AI tools in your workflow (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Figma AI features) for ideation and prototyping.
  • Systems thinking: you care about how many features work together, not just single screens.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for shipping over endless polish.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Munich — visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to Have:

  • Prototyping experience in code (HTML, CSS, React).
  • Prior experience designing for non-technical users navigating complex domains.
  • Strong opinions on how AI should manifest in products beyond a chat interface.
  • Background in enterprise software, procurement, supply chain, or industrial sectors.

Location

This role is on-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Equal Opportunity

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to equal employment regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, or gender identity.
