The Opportunity
As an Associate Product Manager, you will join a small, ambitious product team building products that solve meaningful customer problems.
Working closely with our Senior Product Owner, design and engineering teams, you will help turn customer and business needs into clear product opportunities and well-defined work. You will support product discovery, facilitate workshops, gather and synthesise insights, and help maintain a healthy and prioritised product backlog.
You will work directly with early adopters of our product, helping them get value from the experience while learning how the product is being used. You will bring these insights back into the team to inform product decisions, identify improvements and shape future opportunities.
You will also help maintain clear and useful product documentation, including requirements, decisions, customer insights, process flows and supporting materials. You will use modern product tools, including AI, to improve how we research, synthesise information, document decisions and work as a team.
A key part of the role is helping the team deliver products that are safe, scalable and ready for customers. You will work across product, design, engineering, risk, compliance and operations to understand dependencies, identify potential impacts and support work through the delivery process.
This is an opportunity to develop broad product management experience across discovery, delivery and customer enablement, while working within the wider x15 and CommBank ecosystem.

- Coordinate with design, engineering and business stakeholders to support smooth product delivery.
- Help track product outcomes, adoption and customer feedback to understand whether changes are delivering the intended value.
- Use AI and modern product tools responsibly to improve the speed and quality of product discovery, analysis and documentation.
