- Develop high-quality photorealistic architectural visualizations using 3Ds Max with Corona and V-Ray renderers.
- Create presentation boards, concept visuals, and graphic content using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
- Interpret architectural drawings and 3D models to generate renders that capture both aesthetic and technical design aspects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to produce visuals that align with project goals and timelines.
- Refine and enhance renders with post-production techniques.
- Manage and organize 3D assets, materials, and texture libraries for ongoing and future projects.
- Stay up-to-date with visualization trends and new tools, including AI-based tools, and integrate them into the workflow where relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams or design studios.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in architectural visualization or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in 3Ds Max, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering workflows.
- Strong working knowledge of Corona Renderer and V-Ray.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for post-production and visual presentations.
- A sharp eye for visual composition, lighting, and architectural detailing.
- Solid architectural design understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit is a strong plus.
- Familiarity or experience using AI tools (e.g., generative design, image enhancement, concept development) is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
