Position Summary
The ATM / ITM Product Manager job is a remote work position and will be responsible for tactical oversight, performance, and lifecycle management of the credit union’s ATM and Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) fleet. This role ensures optimal member experience, operational efficiency, system reliability, and alignment with organizational growth and member service strategies. The position combines product management, vendor management, technical knowhow and project leadership supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term innovation.
Strategic Impact
This role supports the credit union’s digital and branch transformation strategy by enhancing self-service capabilities and optimizing operational efficiency for the ATM and ITM delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Fleet Management
Serve as the primary Product Manager for the ATM and ITM fleet, owning the overall performance, functionality, and member experience. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all ATM/ITM assets, including lifecycle status, capabilities, and location performance. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that improve service delivery and member engagement. Define product roadmap for ATM/ITM enhancements, upgrades, and expansion as defined by Senior Management.
